Josie Tilley

MNutrDiet, BBiotech
Accredited Practicing Dietitian

“ Yes, I’m a Dietician, but I really like to look at it as a balanced approach to food that empowers people with food choices that are delicious and enjoyable, as well as good for them. It’s not about making diet a chore or regime to be followed religiously. Done right we can appreciate and enjoy our food, without compromising our health.”

Josie has a broad experience that includes where she gauined experience in the nutritional management of a range of health conditions, with a particular interest in irritable bowel syndrome and women’s health issues.

Josie enjoys helping people gain a greater understanding of the role nutrition plays in their health and sense of well being, using evidence-based nutrition and a platform of experience with a range of health conditions.

Apart from food and health, her passions include hiking, skiing, and walking her dog, Henry.

Josie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and a member of Dietitians Australia (DA). She completed her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra, and a Bachelor of Biotechnology at the University of Tasmania.
