Drawing on an extensive experience including advanced qualifications in Kettle Master Training, Strength and Conditioning (Level 2), Olympic Weightlifting, and Rehabilitation Management—he designs programs that help clients move, bend, and thrive. Jason believes that “building and maintaining muscle isn’t merely about aesthetics; it’s crucial for protecting joint health, preserving metabolic function, and enhancing overall vitality”. He’ll help you reduce injury risk, improve posture, and gain the physical confidence needed for everyday tasks and recreational activities. As a semi-professional soccer player suffering multiple injuries, Jason explored the power of rehabilitative exercise igniting a desire to help others live life free from physical limitations. That’s perhaps why he’s a better fit into a clinic like ours than a conventional gym. His calm, patient demeanour empowers individuals to push beyond self-imposed limits, ensuring they feel safe, seen, and motivated every step of the way.
