Jason is a dedicated personal trainer at Revive Health with over 11 years of experience, specialising in strength, mobility, and body awareness. He focuses on building functional, adaptable strength that supports joint health, boosts metabolism, and enhances overall vitality, helping clients move with confidence in all aspects of life. Through dynamic, full-range movement and a balance of stability and control, Jason designs personalised programs that reduce injury risk, improve posture, and build lasting physical confidence. Each journey begins with a thorough assessment to ensure progress is purposeful and sustainable. Drawing from his own experience as a semi-professional soccer player overcoming injury, Jason is passionate about helping others regain mobility and break free from physical limitations. At Revive Health, he creates a welcoming space where smart training meets genuine support, inspiring clients to grow stronger in both body and mind.
